We first heard about Iurii, his wife Liubov, and their two wonderful children Polina and Mark through our friend and partner Emily in Bedford. Just under two weeks later, they had the keys to their new home.

By stepping in as guarantor and working closely with the letting agency, we were able to speed things up and get them settled quickly.

Iurii sent us this message the day they moved in:
“Hello! Thanks a million! Our family appreciates your help with guarantorship. We moved into the house and are very happy💛💙”
